Chris is an experienced and skilled advocate who joined the firm after having been a partner at one of Canada’s leading litigation boutiques.

He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada and the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench. He also regularly appears before many professional and regulatory bodies and at coroners’ inquests. He has a particular interest in Anton Piller orders and has acted as supervising solicitor for these orders. Chris also acts as an independent legal advisor to a number of administrative tribunals and is a chair of the University of Toronto’s Tribunal.

Chris is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada and is rated BV Distinguished by Martindale-Hubbell.
