Keel Cottrelle provides a full range of Condominium Law services for Condominium purchasers, owners and Condominium Corporations.

For purchasers, we provide advice on reviewing condominium status certificates, reviewing new-build deal documents, completing agreements to purchase and real estate services for the closing of purchases or sales of units, and occupancy closing for new-build units.

For investors, we provide advice on rental agreements, co-ownership agreements, and financing arrangements. For unit owners, we provide advice concerning their rights and obligations as owners, assist them with any disputes with the condominium corporation or other owners, and if necessary, act for them before the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT) and the Courts.
